Chime Unveils Single "Coins!" On Forthcoming EP On Circus Records!

Chime is an artist I have followed closely over the years, each release seems to bring something new to the dubstep game and this track is nothing short. “Coins” is the follow-up release to his recent ‘Experience Points’ EP on Circus Records. The track is filled with his very distinctive and colorful melodic style whilst blending elements of other genres outside of Dubstep. ‘Coins!’ is the first single dropping for his forthcoming EP on Circus, this release will see Chime bring back more of his melodic and 8-bit sounds blended with heavy bass drops.

“Coins!” is a track I’ve been meaning to make for almost three years now since I originally thought up the idea. I combined influence from a ton of different video games to create the tune, mostly within the Gameboy Advance era that I have some of the most nostalgia for. I hope for the listener it conjures up an image of pixelated explosions, manic arcade fun and the joy of collecting stuff in games.” -Chime
