Gorillaz Reveal New Album is Finished, Live Rehearsals Have Begun

Looks like we may be getting the new Gorillaz album sooner than we think. Back in January, the band revealed the lead single “Hallelujah Money”  for the forthcoming album. Now today, news has surfaced that the album is now complete and live rehearsals for tour have begun.

A fan was lucky enough to score an encounter with Damon Albarn, who revealed the exciting news to the fan. After receiving the news, the fan, Jack Winstanley, posted a series of tweets detailing his run in with the Gorillaz member (see below).

This latest news and the lead single are the extent of the knowledge we have a bout the forthcoming album. Let’s hope the band decides to divulge some official information about the album and tour soon.
