Skrillex, typically known for his signature dubstep sound, has a history of branching out into many different genres, including pop, trap, and even rap. He’s been taking some time off the tour circuit as of late, as he has been dedicating his time to creating more music.
Skrillex’s soft spot for house is well documented, with most recently the release of his song Would You Ever as well as his famous Boiler Room Shanghai set back in 2016, a predominantly House throwdown.
Last week, Skrillex brought back that energy with one his first public sets in a while at FORM Acostarni. What started as an application-only festival, Form Acostarni is a relatively intimate show with about 1,200 people in attendance.
