It’s not a secret by now that Drizzy’s Views release is a smash hit. Already breaking countless streaming records, the album’s wild success has been something out of a dream for the Toronto rapper. Now Drake has even more reason to celebrate, as Views reached its most impressive milestone yet. Having the #1 album in the country – coupled with the #1 song in the country, “One Dance” – for seven consecutive weeks, the 6 God is now tied with only Michael Jackson and his “Billie Jean” record off Thriller. Reading this, it’s quite difficult comprehend the magnitude of this milestone. Drake is now officially as popular in 2016, as Michael Jackson was in 1983. Now, time will only will if Drake will surpass Michael on the record.

These so-called contemporary artists DO NOT SELL ALBUMS ANYMORE. These artists are the SONGS ARTISTS releasing them one after another knowing this is the only way how to make money and be "in the game"=single charts.
They are (Drake, Rihana and co.) NOT ABLE to surpass the real physical sales from the past. THEY ARE SELLING ONLY SINGLES, NOT ALBUMS. Oh… and any comparison Drake to MJ is… ONE BIG FAT JOKE!
And the new Billboard rules are so f****** laughable, today, anyone can be no.1 with 30K physical sales for an album for a week…, and that makes Drake no.1 THIS WEEK!
