This is one of the catchiest rap tracks of the summer. As the first drop off Ciscero’s debut project, the track kills. He enlists vocals from Mannywellz and Asante to flare up the downtempo trumpet filled beat provided by Shaad Huron. Ciscero comes from Whop, a DMV based collective that stars Soulection rapper GoldLink. The name Asante might ring a bell since the Detroit vocalist was featured on Sango’s Khelani and Chance the Rapper remix last week. “Kids With Crowns” has so much swagger in its easy old school flow. The track is hip and urban and the perfect summertime jam.
