Calvin Harris has had quite a turnaround of his sound recently. His latest album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 had some seriously good songs on it and was jam packed with features ranging from Quavo to Frank Ocean. His latest track “One Kiss” with Australian pop superstar Dua Lipa has kept up the trend. Hit maker ZHU’s remix of the new single puts the classic noir sound on the track. ZHU added his own cover of the vocal on the track and it adds a stellar new layer to the track. – Owen Hurley
Flosstradamus – MVP Feat. Smokepurpp (NGHTMRE Remix) | Stream
Back in April when Flosstradamus teamed up with Miami rapper Smokepurpp for their crossover single “MVP,” we knew that there would be some heavy remixes. Blessing us with one of the best remixes to date, NGHTMRE gives “MVP” that festival trap swagger, cleverly transforming the hip-hop track into the type of anthem that is built to draw out your inner headbanger. 3LAU – Touch (feat. Carly Paige) [Zeds Dead Remix] | Stream
Zeds Dead have turned out a truly remarkable remix for 3LAU‘s latest hit “Touch”. Zippering synths and booming percussion layer Carly Paige‘s pop scented vocals before diving into bass driven chill trap drop. Zeds Dead have seriously stepped up with this stunner.
Noah Cyrus & MAX – Team (Timbaland Remix) | Stream
Yes, that’s right. Timbaland himself has been drafted to remix one of the best pop duets to date, Noah Cyrus and MAX‘s “Team”. Keeping the original guitar melody in tact, Timbaland layers crisp percussion and lush synths to uplift “Team” into an elegantly produced pop ballad. This is one remix that is truly so good it should be the original.

Providing some of his best work yet, Jauz delivers this swoon remix of Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa‘s “One Kiss“. The seductive single hit the airwaves as soon as it arrived and has yet to fade away. In the middle of such momentum, we are treated to an incredibly mature house rendition at the hands of Sam Vogel. Clairo – Pretty Girl (Whethan Bootleg) | Stream
I’ve been covering Whethan, the very young and very talented producer from Chicago, for more than a year now, and he never fails to impress me. The way I can best describe almost all of his music is as summer anthems. This new track is no exception. Clairo is a well established, equally young indie artist with a stunning airy voice – right up Whethan’s alley. Whethan’s bubbly “Pretty Girl” remix is exactly what summer needed. – Owen Hurley

Two Friends never fail when it comes to turning classic throwbacks into banging dance pop remixes. Their latest takes on Kanye West‘s “Touch The Sky” and it is an absolute dream. Snappy percussion bounces and vibrant piano stabs around Kanye’s iconic vocals before a soulful saxophone solo takes over the drop. This is easily one of Two Friends’ most creative remixes to date.
Matoma – Lonely (feat. MAX) (Party Pupils Remix) | Stream
Party Pupils are one of our favorite duos with flawless remixes of Alison Wonderland, Jai Wolf, Sweater Beats, Cheat Codes, and more. Their latest takes on Matoma‘s “Lonely” featuring Party Pupils’ own MAX and turns it into an infectiously groovy banger. Vibrant piano stabs bounce behind snappy percussion and MAX’s sultry vocals, bringing a bright future funk vibe to the track. Party Pupils have once again outdone themselves with yet another stellar remix.
FAMOUS DEX ft. A$AP ROCKY – PICK IT UP (CRANKDAT REMIX) | Free Download
Crankdat has a well documented past of tearing up the trap game. His new collaboration with Ghastly “Lemme See U” has been extremely well received, with 207k streams on Soundcloud alone in just 18 days. Crankdat continued his genre-bending approach to music, with a new remix of Famous Dex‘s Pick It Up. A mixture of his signature heavy brass sound combined with the vocals of A$AP Rocky and Famous Dex leaves us with an almost back-and-forth of rap focused breakdowns and trap heavy drops. The Crankdat signature riser gives us that sense of familiarity right before we experience something a bit outside of Crankdat’s norm, and we love it. – Aaron Root
Charlie Puth – Done For Me (feat. Kehlani) (Loud Luxury Remix) | Stream
Toronto house duo Loud Luxury have consistently impressed with their shimmering originals and remixes of Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Iggy Azalea, and more. Their latest takes on Charlie Puth and Kehlani‘s “Done For Me” and spins it into a house pop oasis. Vibrant piano stabs soar amongst the glittery, shaking percussion and deep synth bumps, making Charlie Puth and Kehlani’s duet pop in a whole new way. PAPA ROACH x KAYZO – LAST RESORT | Stream
The Kayzo comet seems to be unstoppable. It looks like Papa Roach wanted him to cut their classic “Last Resort” into pieces and put it back together with the groundbreaking Kayzo twist. Slowing the original tempo down to dub level, Kayzo keeps the original energy and angst of the track while being able to update it to the digital age. Jam-packed with wobbles left and right, he ties the bow at the end with a fun hard dance section that’s synonymous with the Kayzo sound. It’s amazing seeing such an influential alternative band dipping into the EDM world and hopefully, this trend continues. – Andre Waguespack
Post Malone – Beerbongs & Bentleys (Ramzoid Remix) | Stream
Canadian producer and RTT favorite Ramzoid has been putting out crazy music for a years now. He’s remixed Post Malone before, and has also put his spin on legends like Flume and N.E.R.D. The young remix wizard is a bonafide wiz-kid of flipping music into his own distinct style. His YouTube channel is almost dedicated to awesome videos of him doing crazy remix challenges that consistently end with a dope beat as a result. His latest release is a smorgasbord of all the tracks on Post Malone’s sophomore album beerbongs & bentleys. He pulled lyrical and melodic ideas from this album and Post Malone’s last album as well, and even covered some of the lyrics himself. The new track is a seamless blend of Posty’s old and new tracks that only someone like Ramzoid could pull off. – Owen Hurley
The Chainsmokers – Everybody Hates Me (BKAYE Remix) | Free Download
BKAYE is one of our favorite rising producers. From his remixes of Vérité, Post Malone, and Ed Sheeran, to his collaborations alongside Sweater Beats, TELYKast, and Ben Maxwell, BKAYE never fails to impress with his vibrant soundscapes. His latest takes on The Chainsmokers‘ “Everybody Hates Me” and flips it into a fresh future bass banger. Lush, rolling synths and delicate basslines drape Drew’s vocals, bringing a bright, uplifting vibe contrasting the betrodden lyrics before diving into a classic BKAYE drop. BKAYE has once again outdone himself.
SLANDER & SAYMYNAME – I CAN’T ESCAPE FT. FELI FERRARO (MUST DIE! Remix) | Stream
MUST DIE! has become a major staple of the heavy dubstep scene over the past couple of years. With his reputation, it’s no wonder SLANDER and SAYMYNAME recruited him for a remix of their recent hard trap banger “I Can’t Escape” out on Insomniac Records. Both tracks are quite heavy, but MUST DIE! does a spectacular job of wrangling in those intense detuned saws into some unique bass lines. The fierce drops are offset by beautiful melodies and vocals, which makes this track a rollercoaster of emotions. MUST DIE!’s take on this track is most definitely fitting and is a top notch example of what a remix should be. – Andre Waguespack

1788-L has made a huge impression with every release. From his fire hot remixes of Virtual Self, Daft Punk, and Kraftwerk to his massive collab with 4am, 1788-L has been on a nonstop mission to make the biggest bass tracks of 2018. Taking on Skrillex & Poo Bear’s “Would You Ever,” 1788-L creates an earth-shattering remix driven by huge bass-lines and expert vocal chops. It’s the type of remix that would work any crowd into a hot and sweaty frenzy and a clear reminder that 1788-L is one to watch. – Peach Gallagher
Emmit Fenn – Lost in Space (tofû remix) | Free Download
tofû is easily one of our favorite remixers. From CHVRCHES and Vérité to ARMNHMR and Spirix, tofû continously crafts vibrant future pop bangers. His latest takes on Emmit Fenn‘s “Lost In Space” and he drapes the indie original in soft piano stabs and delicate percussion before diving into a spacey, atmospheric drop that will leave you speechless. This is one of tofû’s finest works to date.
Robotaki – Satisfied feat. City Fidelia (MACHINEDRUM Remix) | Stream
The first remix of Robotaki‘s recent Science EP is finally here and from none other than psychedelic experimental electronic producer Machinedrum. Spinning “Satisfied” into an eclectic future R&B dream, Machinedrum layers airy synths, dynamic percussion and whistling melodies to craft a Ryan Hemsworth-meets-Lido soundscape. Machinedrum has seriously outdone himself with this Robotaki remix. Be on the lookout for Robotaki’s upcoming Science remix EP.
Adrian Lux – Teenage Crime (Christofi Remix) | Stream
Adding a delicious spin to Adrian Lux’s progressive-house anthem “Teenage Crime,” Adrian Lux delivers a fresh update to the original. First premiered via Proximity, Christofi successfully blends future bass vibes into the house groove of the original for a fun and bright remix to blast throughout the summer. Already snagging the attention of Axwell and quickly gaining streams, we wouldn’t be surprised if this remix becomes an official release on Axwell’s Axtone label. – Peach Gallagher
Jeremy Zucker & Chelsea Cutler – Better Off (filous Remix) | Stream
Austrian producer filous has become a new favorite with his breathtaking new remix of Jeremy Zucker and Chelsea Cutler‘s “Better Off”. filous builds around Zucker’s strummed guitar melody, sprinkling light percussion and synth countermelodies to create this breezy indie electronic atmosphere. filous’ “Better Off” remix is simply stunning and will have you putting this one on repeat for sure.
Bearson – Go To Sleep (feat. Kailee Morgue) [SYRE Remix] | Stream
Bearson has been impressing lately with a string of gorgeous originals featuring Kailee Morgue and Ashe. “Go To Sleep” has now received a vivacious remix pack and LA producer SYRE has stepped up with the perfect remix. Delicate synths dance around light kicks before a wavy guitar melody gives the track its sultry surf pop vibe. SYRE has absolutely outdone himself with this remix.
Prince Fox – Open Invite (Blvk Sheep Remix) | Stream
Prince Fox‘s recent solo single “Open Invite” was one of our favorites to date and it has finally received a proper remix package. Rising NYC producer Blvk Sheep has stunned with a shimmering future bass remix, uplifting Prince Fox’s original melodies and surrounding them with banging percussion and vibrant synths. Blvk Sheep is definitely one to watch for this year.
The Chainsmokers – Somebody (feat. Drew Love) [Fluencee Remix] | Stream
Rising LA producer Fluencee caught our eye with his lively remixes of Win and Woo and ODESZA. Out now as part of The Chainsmokers‘ official remix pack, Fluencee has spun their Drew Love featured single “Somebody” into a brilliant melodic future bass remix. Fluencee adds colorful synths, bursting percussion, and bouncy vocal chops around the vocals, making this remix a distinct standout amongst the pack.
Gwen Stefani – Hollaback Girl (Birthdayy Partyy Remix) | Free Download
When Gwen Stefani released her iconic hit song “Hollaback Girl”, it was a cultural movement. Her brute and alluring take on pop music shook the world and saw radio play everywhere. So with such a great song, comes even greater responsibility. Many remixes will come and go but here’s why Birthdayy Partyy‘s rendition is here to stay. The Chicago-based duo decided to leave their imprint on the classic, and with good reason. Flipping the original on its head, the twin brothers accomplish a dark industrial sound that is to die for. This aggressive house remix is ready to dominate any nearby dancefloor, so beware, this shit is definitely bananas. – Omar Serrano

Rising producers Kwon and Ryan Moe have equally made names for themselves this year. For their debut collaborative remix, Kwon and Ryan Moe have spun Boombox Cartel‘s “Whisper” into a soft, ethereal banger. Twinkling percussion sparkle behind Nevve‘s sultry vocals, before wonky synths take over the dramatic drop. Kwon and Ryan Moe have certainly stepped up their game with this one.
Win and Woo – Chasing Tail (Cafe Disko & Suave Remix) | Free Download
The second remix off Win and Woo‘s “Chasing Tail” remix pack is finally here and from rising producers Cafe Disko and Suave. Giving a softer touch than Madnap’s, Cafe Disko and Suave create a gorgeous atmospheric soundscape similar to that of Porter Robinson. Lush piano lines float over the delicate percussion, swelling with into a sweet symphony. Cafe Disko and Suave have seriously amazed with this stellar remix.
Snugs – Radio Silence (KVMO Remix) | Stream
Snugs is one of our favorite new acts of the year and they’ve just dropped their first remix pack for their debut “Radio Silence”. Polish producer KVMO has certainly stood out with his grungy take on the track, filling the track with deep vocal chops, plucked guitars and dark basslines. KVMO is definitely one to watch for this year.
The Chainsmokers – Somebody (feat. Drew Love) [Ruhde Remix] | Stream
Rising stunner Ruhde impressed with his massive remix of Lauv’s “I Like Me Better” and he’s now been tapped to be a part of The Chainsmokers‘ official “Somebody” remix pack. Delicate piano stabs and light, snappy percussion, and vibrant vocal chops bring a bittersweet dance pop vibe to the track that is utterly irresistible. Ruhde’s “Somebody” remix might be one of our favorite Chainsmokers remix to date.
Spirix – This Is What It Feels Like (Squaws Remix) | Free Download
Rising producer Squaws first caught our eye with his vibrant remix of Louis The Child’s “Better Not”. Back with a shiny new remix, Squaws has taken on Spirix‘s latest hit “This Is What It Feels Like”. Lush synths swell around the ethereal vocals and crisp percussion, bringing a shimmering future pop vibe to the track. Squaws is certainly one to watch for this year.
Whethan – Be Like You ft. Broods (Aadysi Remix) | Free Download
Whethan and Broods‘ collaborative “Be Like You” has seen dozens of remixes and our latest favorite comes from newcomer Aadysi. Giving a dark, eerie trap feel to the track, Aadysi fills the track with haunting synths, thundering basslines and wild percussion. Aadysi is definitely one to keep tabs on this year.
