It’s not every day an A-lister such as Zedd would go public about the making of a song. Thanks to NYTimes and everyone involved, we get an in-depth look at the making of “The Middle“.
The track initially began as a demo between the Monsters and the Strangerz and Australian songwriter Sarah Aarons. Eventually, this demo would make it’s way to Grey and Zedd to piece it all together. The record took more than a year to become the hit it is today with Zedd going through 14 different vocalists to find Maren Morris.
