For Chicago-based Louis The Child, the last couple years have been a meteoric rise to the very top of the music world. Having started off the year with their European and US Tours and a legendary 5-way B2B Holy Ship! Set, the duo will release their six-track EP Love Is Alive on March 24th.
Featuring the vocal talents of several up-and-coming artists, the Love Is Alive EP merges the boundaries between indie dance and pop. New songs featured on the EP include “Go,” “Slow Down Love (feat. Chelsea Cutler),” “Phone Died (feat. blaise railey), and “World On Fire (feat. Ashe).”
The EP also features ”Fire (feat. Evalyn)” and the title track “Love Is Alive,” the duo’s single with Elohim that was released earlier this month, which hit #1 on HypeM and has since reached over 2.3 million streams on Spotify. Fans can catch these tracks along with Louis The Child’s robust catalogue of pop-crossover productions on their spring tour which kicked off at the end of January and will stop through 22 US cities over the next two months as well as major festivals around the world.
