Gorillaz launched a new Instagram account today and it has already caused quite a stir. The hype for their new album has been building all year and is on the cusp of reaching it’s boiling point. In one of the pictures that the “band” uploaded to their new account this morning had the caption ‘Christmas baby.’ Fans already are quick to jump to the conclusion with hopeful thoughts that they are releasing new music on the holiday. I don’t know for sure what’s going to happen on Christmas but the dream remains the same. I sincerely hope that new music is on the way sooner rather than later from Gorillaz. I know the album is due out next year, but until we get a definitive answer all anyone can do is speculate.
