When the original track by Kill J dropped, I was instantly mesmerized by her vocals. LA producer Sad Money took this opportunity to put an amazingly fun and fresh spin on the electropop original. Sad Money pitches up the organic production, floating trappy percussive chops and fluttery synths under Kill J’s addictive vocals. The minimal production evolves the faint R&B sultriness in the original and breaks down into a soft slow bang.
