GRiZ Remixes A Fine Way To Die To Celebrate Grizmas

GRiZ is gearing up for the second annual ‘GRiZmas’ show. A hometown show held at the Masonic Temple in Detroit that just sold out for the second year in a row. But coming back to do a show isn’t enough. GRiZ just kicked off his ’12 days of GRiZmas charity drive in which he is hoping to raise as much money as possible for Little Kids Rock and do some general good things for his city with things such as a charity sale and a ‘Detroit dog rescue.’ Even a secret warehouse party to celebrate those that helped raise so much money. Within two days of kicking off, GRiZ has already helped raise over $10,000.

So what better way to celebrate a huge sold out homecoming show and an awesome charity drive then to remix one of your own songs. We first heard ‘A Fine Way To Die‘ as the lead single on GRiZ’s Say It Loud album – and he just breathed a brand new life into the track. He switches up some of the sound design in the intro, keeps the sax bouncy and drops an insane future house inspired switch right before the 4:00 mark. It’s tight.
