Will Smith Planning 2016 Comeback Tour w/ DJ Jazzy Jeff

Last week, we were graced with a brand new verse (the first in over 10 years) from Will Smith, who teamed with Bomba Estereo for a remix of their track, “Fiesta.” If you thought Big Will would stop there, you’re wrong. The Fresh Prince is plotting a full blown comeback.

The actor, rapper, and all-around entertainer stopped by to talk with Zane Lowe on Beats1 Radio and shared a handful of exciting news and aspirations. Smith revealed he’s been working on a new LP, with over 30 tracks in total recorded and “six or seven that I really, really like, that I’m trying to get the ideas to come out right [in the works],” Smith said.

“I’m shaking the rust off, knocking the dust off”

On top of the planned LP, Will Smith is “pretty certain” he’ll be joining forces with his OG homie DJ Jazzy Jeff for a 2016 world tour. Stay tuned for more details.
