Mysterious Artist Impresses With First Single

There isn’t a lot of information out there about ilo ilo. The project first popped up last year with posters spread around New York City, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Austin. The posters featured a phone number, (808-202-2690), to call if you wanted to hear an exclusive preview of an upcoming Kanye West and Taylor Swift collab. When you called the number you were greeted by a mysterious girl who said she misses you and that she needs to show you something called ilo ilo. The call would then be dropped and you would receive a text that read “Welcome to ilo ilo ♥‿♥,” and led you to their Instagram page.

After filling their Instagram page with a plethora of intriguing content, ilo ilo has finally released their first single. The song will entrance you with it’s hypnotic melodies and crisp production. With the lyrics “I’m tired of waiting” I’m guessing this duo will be making waves by dropping more quality music very soon. You can catch ilo ilo playing this song plus plenty of unreleased material this weekend in Vegas at EDC as well as Brownies and Lemonade’s show.
