With the fall release date of Disclosure’s forthcoming album ‘Caracal’ quickly approaching, the house production duo have shared the latest single from the LP to follow their previous single, “Holding On” featuring Gregory Porter.  The latest single is titled “Moving Mountains” and features vocalist Brendan Reilly; the track debuted on Annie Mac’s BBC 1 Radio show earlier today.
