LuckyMe Records has confirmed through FactMag that ” the project [will be] wrapped up for the time being so that both members can focus on their solo albums.” The news comes as a bit of a shock for trap music fans after the duo released a cryptic video announcing the hiatus on Friday.
While I’m a little disappointed the duo is taking a break, I’m excited for HudMo‘s upcoming solo album since Butter remains as one of my all-time favorite future-bass LPs. Will 2014 be the year of the future bass takeover? Yes, you heard it here first.
