Hitmaking Hip Hop superstars G-Eazy and MGK have officially put an end to their year-long feud. Stem from an origin that included G-Eazy’s ex and one-time Machine Gun Kelly fling Halsey. The two made a public truce in front of a sold-out crowd Sunday (April 7) in Las Vegas.
Sources close to the situation credit Republic Records recording artist Kid Cudi to arranging the truce with a meeting of all parties involved last month in Europe. At the grand opening of KAOS inside the Palms Casino and Resort, G-Eazy surprised fans with bringing MGK out to perform his hit, “Loco”. Video of the two sharing the stage quickly took to social media as seen below.
Sources close to Halsey has mentioned that she is pleased by the two artist making amends and hopes more of Hip Hop will follow in similar footsteps.
Machine Gun Kelly is fresh off set of the Netflix biopic, The Dirt and set to embark on a new world tour in support of his upcoming album of the same name, Hotel Diablo.
G-Eazy is currently campaigning the forthcoming release of his new project, scheduled for a Summer release under Epic Records. G-Eazy recently released the new single featuring Blueface, YG, and AllBlack, “West Coast”.
Could this reconcile lead to a possible squashed beef between MGK and one-time idol Eminem? Not just them, will there be a potential squash between Kid Cudi and Drake?
