Diplo Unveils Heavy Tracklist For Highly Anticipated New California EP

Diplo has been dropping little nuggets of glimmering dance pop all year. He first kicked things off by enlisting Grammy nominated rapper GoldLink to remix his MØ featured hit “Get It Right”, which the trio later performed live on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show. The Philadelphia bred star quickly followed with rap infested dance pop tracks “Look Back” featuring DRAM and “Worry No More” featuring Lil Yachty and Santigold. This string of lush collaborative originals was sure to lead to none other than a shiny new EP, which Diplo has formally announced today. Across his social media, Diplo has unveiled the thrilling, eye-grabbing tracklist for his highly anticipated upcoming California EP. The 6-track EP is set to feature three additional yet to be heard tracks featuring Desiigner, Trippie Redd, and Lil Xan. In fact, just two days ago Diplo shared a picture of him and Trippie Redd with the caption “Make a wish Trippie Redd March 2018”, hinting that one more single “Wish” could be on the way ahead of the full EP.

With each of the tracks Diplo has already revealed, he’s shown that he’s only continued to grow as a producer from his “Express Yourself” days. These latest tracks prove that Diplo can dominate the industry with iconic radio hits and chart toppers by writing a new playbook of his own. With each of these tracks, Diplo has morphed pop and rap’s top stars into his own world, pushing them out of their element and beyond the bounds of their usual style. Nothing about Diplo’s music is generic. Each of his singles are diverse and breathtaking in their own right, gracefully exploring the depths of Diplo’s years of experience and expertise.
