Shambhala Music Festival Releases Their 2017 Aftermovie + Tickets For Next Year's Festival

Shambhala Music Festival once again amazed me this year. With rebuilds of 2 stages, The Pagoda and The Living Room, the curators were able to totally transform these stages. Throw in the fact that it was their 20th anniversary this year and you knew heading into the festival it was going to be a wild year. They kicked off things with a bang on Thursday night with Um.. entrancing the rambunctious crowd with their unique style. As the festival continued throughout the weekend there were amazing sets all over from the likes of Ekali, Excision, Medasin, Jauz, The Stanton Warriors, CloZee, and many more. But many people come to Shambhala regardless of who is on the lineup due to the unique sense of community this special festival holds.

To try and share a bit of that feeling with it’s fans and people around the world, the festival has released their official 2017 after movie for all to enjoy. The almost 8 minute video is just a glimpse into what makes this festival so special to it’s attendees. This year was my 7th year, and I can already say I’ll be back for my 8th next year. That’s because tickets went on sale today and there’s no way I’m missing this event that is so near and dear to my heart.
