Porter Robinson & Madeon Team Up For Dream Collaboration in "Shelter"

Well, the wait is over.

It’s been nearly two years since we’ve heard a new Porter Robinson track and about a year since we’ve heard from Madeon. Both artists, within the past few months, have expressed their joy at finally breaking through a writers block and being able to write new music they enjoyed. What didn’t we know then?

They were doing this together.

The two artists joined forces to create a beautiful little tune titled “Shelter“. Both fans and artists have noticed the similarity when it came to Porter/Madeon’s eloquent design of music production, from the catchy chord progressions to the dreamy synths used in their music, It’s safe to say this is a dream collaboration and electronic music’s answer to Kanye/Jay’s efforts in the rap game.

“Shelter”, however, doesn’t seem to come attached to a bigger project like an album or a tour, so for now, this does seem like a one-time effort from the two artists.
