PREMIERE: Chainsmokers – Don’t Let Me Down (Zomboy Remix)

The Chainsmokers have had an insane couple of years, with chart topping songs and extremely busy festival schedules. We had the pleasure of premiering “Don’t Let Me Down” a couple of months ago right here on Run The Trap.

Our newest Run The Trap premiere is Zomboy‘s huge remix of the aforementioned track, and let me tell you…it goes off.

Zomboy keeps Daya’s haunting vocal in tact before dropping off into a chaotic onslaught of bass. You honestly won’t know where each sound is coming from, even with headphones on. It’s not often that you get to sing along to a track as heavy as this one. It pays homage to the original track just enough before Zomboy injects his own hard-hitting style into it to give us a proper dubstep remix of an otherwise light hearted song. Expect to hear this one in DJ sets soon.
