Dr. Dre & Ice Cube Implicated in Lawsuit Against Suge Knight

Though Marion ‘Suge’ Knight was the only one charged criminally with murder in the bizarre hit-and-run of actor Terry Carter, his widow has named both Dr. Dre and Ice Cube as defendants in a civil “wrongful death” lawsuit as well as others involved in the production of the Straight Outta Compton movie claiming security personnel for the film were partly responsible for the events that transpired.

Apparently the producers of the film had worked out deals with local gangs in order to shoot the film “on location” in some of the more dangerous areas of Los Angeles and when Suge Knight showed up unannounced and very much unwanted, he was involved in an “altercation” that invoked him to run over Terry Carter… allegedly in an attempt to escape.

Even with video evidence, Cle “bone” Sloan (the guy who engages Suge but doesn’t get run over completely) has refused to identify Suge as the driver in court citing how he doesn’t want to be a “snitch.” If the murder case goes to trial, it is scheduled to be heard in July.
