Lollapalooza continues to be one of the world’s premiere music festivals. Year after year they park a ~125,000 person music festival in the heart of Chicago. Their lineups are always an eclectic mix of who’s who in the music industry spanning almost every genre.
The internet is buzzing with the return of FLUME. Right on the heels of an upcoming mixtape being released today, he has been announced as one of the headliners of Lollapalooza 2019 – and we couldn’t be more excited. He will be handling headlining duties with Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, The Chainsmokers, Tame Impala, The Strokes and J Balvin.
Other notable highlights are the return of Madeon and a set billed as Gud Vibrations vs Slugz Music. We can only assume the latter is a combination of NGHTMRE, Slander, and Snails all performing together. That sounds like an hour and a half of pure carnage at Perry’s Stage. Hometown heroes Louis The Child and Whethan are both making their return to Lollapalooza along with the trap king himself, RL Grime. If you’re a fan of Hip-Hop you are in luck. Enjoy sets across four days from Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, 6Lack and breakout artist J.I.D. Check out the full lineup below. See you there.
