Louis The Child have been bringing a charismatic, playful sound to their music that is bringing childlike purity to dance pop. The year has been filled with vibrant pop anthems featuring the likes of Wafia, Quinn XCII, and MAX, performances at Coachella, Shaky Beats, and Summerfest, and their vibey new SiriusXM show Playground Radio. The Chicago-bred duo have now shared their highly anticipated sophomore EP Kids At Play and it’s a bubbly wonderland. The EP is comprised of their hit summer singles “Better Not”, “The City”, and “Dear Sense” along with six shiny new shakers. Kids At Play enlists “Love Is Alive” songstress Elohim for another dreamy ballad titled “LOVE” and unveils LTC’s highly anticipated Big Gigantic collaboration “Save Me From Myself”, which was first previewed at Big Gigantic’s annual Red Rocks takeover. The 9-track EP springs to life with its saturated, bouncy production and groove-ridden future bass soundscapes and plays off of the duo’s young age and innovative perspective. We wanted to capture the feeling of being a kid and the sense of curiosity, wonder, and carefree joy we all have as children. We hope that at some point in listening to this project you can be taken back to that blissful time in your life and feel free for a moment. – Louis The Child
