10 Acts to See at Shambhala Music Festival

It’s that time of the year again when 12,000 attendees descend upon a little farm in the middle of the Kootenai Mountains for Shambhala Music Festival. I already know you’re as hyped as I am, so I thought I’d share with you the 10 sets I’m most amped about.

10. Charlesthefirst

This guy has been gaining a ton of hype over the past year. His deep and dark style of bass music makes me just want to groove and I couldn’t be more excited to check him out for the first time.

9. Koan Sound

There’s no one that makes music like Koan Sound and with a new album on the horizon I can’t wait to see what they have in store for Shambhala.

8. Dr. Fresch

Closing out the Fractal Forest with a 2.5 hour set on Sunday is going to be the perfect way to end the festival.

7. Clams Casino

This dude is a legend and I finally get to see him for the first time.

6. The Glitch Mob

Again these guys are legends in the industry. I’ll be interested to see if they’re bringing their tour set up or not, but this is sure to be an entertaining set.

5. BTSM

One of my favorite sets from last year, the bass heavy trio are bringing their act back to the farm.

4. Claude VonStroke

If you like house music at all you’ll be at this set.

3. Boombox Cartel

Arguably one of the hottest acts in the trap game, Boombox is sure to throw down.

2. Feed Me

Feed Me was one of the first electronic acts I fell in love with, yet have never been able to see him live. This is going to be an experience.

1. Rezz

After missing last year due to the fires and dropping an album last week, Rezz is sure to have something special planned for this year’s Shambs.
