HAIM – Walking Away (Mura Masa Remix) | Stream
Mura Masa has been quiet since his smash debut album dropped earlier this year and the British producer has wrapped up the year with a fantastic new remix. Taking on HAIM‘s “Walking Away”, Mura Masa fills the track with shimmering, vibrant synths and deep bass stabs that bring a beautiful dark pop vibe to the track. There’s an edgy grunginess to the remix that makes HAIM’s vocals shine over the dirty vibrating synths. Mura Masa’s latest remix is definitely one of the hottest of the year.
Peking Duk – Let You Down (ft. Icona Pop) (Lido Remix) | Stream
The master of remixes is back with a lush addition before the end of the year. With remixes of GoldLink’s “Crew” and Portugal. The Man’s “Feel It Still” weaving their way into our hearts, Norwegian producer Lido has capped off his impressive year with a vibrant remix of Peking Duk and Icona Pop‘s “Let You Down”. Filling the Peking Duk original with an overdose of percussion and his signature exhilarating synth stabs, Lido bursts with his latest remix. Lido’s “Let You Down” remix is an amazing conclusion to his phenomenal year.
Echosmith – Get Into My Car (Prince Fox Remix) | Stream
Prince Fox is one of our favorite remixers and his latest is a take on Echosmith‘s “Get Into My Car”. In typical Prince Fox fashion, the future pop producer’s Echosmith remix explodes with popping synths and snappy percussion that bring a beautiful dance pop vibe to the track.With its shimmering percussion and bouncy guitar riffs, this is one of Prince Fox’s finest remixes to date.
Childish Gambino – Telegraph Ave. (Louis Futon & Louis The Child Flip) | Stream
Louis The Child have had quite a year following their debut Love Is Alive EP. Teaming up with expert remixer Louis Futon, who has flipped hip hop tracks by Chance The Rapper, Kendrick Lamar, and Tyler, The Creator this year, the trio of producers have taken Childish Gambino‘s “Telegraph Ave.” on a magical ride. Bursting with a thumping bass, shaking percussion, and a synth heavy drop, Louis The Child and Louis Futon have bumped the Childish Gambino classic into a banging future bass remix. The trio’s collaborative remix is seriously fiery.
The Chainsmokers – Young (k?d Remix) | Stream
k?d exploded this year with collaborations alongside REZZ and Medasin and originals featuring Blair and Phil Good. Closing the year with yet another knockout remix, the young producer has fueled his future trap style into The Chainsmokers‘ “Young”. k?d drags this one out, really building up the track with winding synths and strong bass strums before exploding with bursting percussion. k?d’s latest remix is a beautiful storm of his unique future trap.
The Knocks & Captain Cuts – House Party (BUKU Remix) | Stream
BUKU is one of the top producers and his latest remix is a brilliant cross-genre combination of house and trap with a hint of techno and bass. Spinning The Knocks and Captain Cuts “House Party” into an anthemic smash, BUKU has loaded the track with a thumping bass, dirty synths and bumping percussion. This remix definitely lives up to its name and is the perfect addition to any club or party playlist.
Porter Robinson x Madeon – Shelter (JayKode Remix) | Free Download
Porter Robinson and Madeon‘s “Shelter” has seen tons of remixes from small and large artists and one of favorites comes from JayKode. The LA based producer has been on a roll this year with originals featuring Marco Foster and Neon Hitch and remixes of Lido and Flux Pavillion and his latest flip is the perfect close to his massive year. Spewing his gorgeous chill trap into “Shelter”, JayKode manipulates soft, sparkling synths around the heavy handed, hard hitting percussion that makes this remix sinister in all the right ways.
STéLOUSE – Rockstar ft. Still Haze & Manus (Cover) | Stream
Post Malone might be one of the most remixed artists of the year but one of our favorites is actually a cover by Denver producer STéLOUSE. Alongside Still Haze and Manus, STéLOUSE has filled his “Rockstar” cover with spiraling synths and delicate piano stabs that bring a lighter touch to the hip hop original before spinning into a fun future bass drop driven by bouncy synths. STéLOUSE has absolutely knocked this cover out of the park.
Lafa Taylor & Aabo Ft. Goapele – Falling (Vindata Remix) | Free Download
LA duo Vindata have taken the perfect opportunity to take an upbeat track and showcase their chilled out side with their latest remix. Taking on Lafa Taylor and Aabo‘s “Falling”, Vindata have given the track a bit of a Pomo feel with its funky nature. Vindata’s “Falling” remix is driven by shimmering percussion and immaculate bass line that is utter perfection. This remix is effortlessly smooth to say the least and enticingly ear grabbing.
POST MALONE – ROCKSTAR (CRANKDAT RE-CRANK) | Free Download
Crankdat always cranks it up when it comes to remixes and his latest is quite explosive. The Cleveland producer has thrown down fiery remixes of blackbear’s “IDFC”, San Holo’s “Light” and Zeds Dead’s “Ratchet” this year alone. Flipping Post Malone‘s “Rockstar” into a frenzy of deep, thunderous synths and sharp snares, Crankdat brings the perfect traptastic feel to track. Crankdat’s latest remix is the definition of banger.
Illenium ft. Kerli – Sound Of Walking Away (Subtact Remix) | Free Download
The next remix is infectiously explosive. Up and comer Subtact has bursted with his latest remix of Illenium‘s “Sound Of Walking Away” and given it the perfect dose of future trap. The dark, ethereal remix is gorgeous with Kerli‘s vocals floating over sharp snares and enticing synths, making it one of the hottest Illenium remixes to emerge this year. Subtact is definitely an artist to watch after this fiery remix.
Jill Scott – Cross My Mind (Cosmo’s Midnight Club Edition) | Stream
Australian duo Cosmo’s Midnight have had quite a year with tours across Australia and the US and stellar singles “History” and “Mind Off”. Closing the year out with a groove filled club edit of Jill Scott‘s “Cross My Mind”, the twin duo have flipped the with sparkling synths, pitched vocals, and funky piano stabs. This fun and flirty remix is sensationally chic and perfectly vibe-filled for any club.
VÉRITÉ – Phase Me Out (Heavy Mellow Remix) | Stream
Known for his lush remixes of Marian Hill, Misterwives, SHAED, and flor, Heavy Mellow has become a hot shot in the electronic world. For his latest remix, the Heavy Mellow has brought a dark and dangerous take to VÉRITÉ‘s “Phase Me Out”. The LA producer doses the track with bouncy synths, vocal chops and smashing percussion that combine to bring a fun spin to the alt-pop original. Heavy Mellow certainly outdoes himself with this vibrant remix.
Billie Eilish – Watch (Xie Remix) | Free Download
Xie has become one of our favorite producers and her latest remix is absolutely exceptional. Taking on Billie Eilish‘s “Watch”, Xie brightens the track a dose with fun future pop. Brilliant synths bounce around Eilish’s iconic vocals and thumping kicks and bass bumps bring a depth to the track that is effortlessly beautiful. This is definitely one remix you’ll easily fall in love with.
Galantis & Throttle – Tell Me You Love Me (Pat Lok Remix) | Stream
Vancouver producer Pat Lok has had a big year with the release of his beautiful Hold On Let Go album featuring mar|co, Oktavian, Claire Ridgely, and more. Back with another smash remix before the end of the year, Pat Lok has taken on Galantis and Throttle‘s “Tell Me You Love Me” in stellar fashion. Sultry guitars and snappy percussion bounce off the house driven synths and bring a fantastic groove to the collaborative original. This is definitely one of Pat Lok’s shiniest remixes.
graves – Meta (feat. bbno$) [CRWNS Remix] | Free Download
CRWNS is one of our favorite producers and his latest remix is a definite smash. Taking on graves‘ “Meta”, the NOLA artist infuses his dark trap into the track with deep, clacking percussion and a heavy bass that will have you dancing for days. CRWNS certainly impresses with his latest remix.
FATHERDUDE – Same Drugs (Chance the Rapper Cover) | Free Download
FATHERDUDE has become one of our favorite collaborative vocalists with features alongside artists like Brasstracks, Infuze, Mt Eden, and Savoy. Not new to covers, the NYC vocalist has added his take on Chance The Rapper‘s “Same Drugs” to his collection alongside his previous covers of “Easy Lover” and “Redbone”. FATHERDUDE flips the Chance The Rapper original into a soulful electro-R&B smash that is truly highlighted by his exceptional vocals. If one thing’s for sure, FATHERDUDE slays when it comes to covers.
Lorde – Dynamite (Midnight Pool Party Remix) | Free Download
Midnight Pool Party‘s latest remix truly lives up to its name. Spinning Lorde‘s “Dynamite” into a phenomenally groovy remix, the Australian duo push the funk with a dynamic bass line and sparkling piano stabs. The disco laced house driven remix is addictive with its feel good, club ready vibe. MPP are definitely set for a fantastic 2018 after this gooey remix.
Robotaki & Manila Killa – I Want You feat. Matthew John Kurz (Spirix Remix) | Free Download
LA newcomer Spirix first caught our eye with his lush remix of Sweater Beats‘ “Glory Days” and he’s back and better than ever with his latest take on Robotaki and Manila Killa‘s “I Want You”. Filling the track with soft piano stabs and deep percussion before delving into a vibrant, explosive synth drop, Spirix breathes new life into the collaborative remix. Spirix is definitely one to keep on your radar for 2018.
Sam Setton – Luv U Right (Dulsae Remix) | Free Download
Newcomer Dulsae has become one of our favorite remixers with his lush remixes of artists like King Deco, Axel Mansoor, Lucian and Black Coast. Back with another hit on his hands, the Brooklyn producer has spun his fun future pop on Sam Setton‘s “Luv U Right”. His latest remixes spins with electrifying synths that can’t help but make you move and shake. Our only hope for Dulsae is that 2018 will shed a light on some original music for the growing remix extraordinaire.
Two Friends ft. Kevin Writer – While We’re Dreaming (Corrupt Remix) | Free Download
In the past few weeks, remixes of Two Friends “While We’re Dreaming” have exploded across our SoundCloud streams and our latest favorite comes from Columbus bred producer Corrupt. With remixes of The Chainsmokers, Blink-182, Flume, and 3LAU to his name, Corrupt has become a titan in the future house world. His latest remix is fun and flirty, with vibrant synths bursting amongst the funky percussion. Corrupt is definitely an artist to keep an eye on next year.
Win and Woo feat. Shaylen – Gold (Fluencee Remix) | Free Download
LA newcomer Fluencee has certainly impressed with his sophomore remix. Taking on Win and Woo‘s magical single “Gold” is no small challenge and the budding producer has done so flawlessly. Fluencee washes Shaylen‘s soulful vocals in his gorgeous future trap with vibrant, winding synths playing off the deep percussion. Fluencee certainly knocks out his latest remix.
Aaliyah – Rock The Boat (SWIRL Remix) | Stream
Back with their sophomore remix, Sacramento duo SWIRL have graciously spun Aaliyah‘s “Rock The Boat” into a sultry chilled hip hop flip. The remix is filled with snappy percussion and a deep throbbing bass line that perfectly balances Aaliyah’s reverbed vocals. SWIRL’s latest remix is simple yet elegant with a soft, soothing nature to it that makes it utterly craze worthy. SWIRL are definitely ones to watch in the coming year.
VÉRITÉ – Saint (Airmow & Raider Remix) | Free Download
VÉRITÉ‘s debut album Somewhere In Between has seen dozens of remixes and another stellar flip has come to light. French up and comer Airmow has teamed up with Barcelona producer Raider for an amazing chilled out remix of VÉRITÉ’s “Saint”. Brilliant synths bounce around her sultry vocals, popping off the snappy percussion and breezing into a fun, vocal chop fueled drop. This collaborative remix definitely puts both newcomers on the map.
G-Eazy & Halsey – Him & I (Audiovista Remix) | Free Download
Halsey has exploded this year and with that kind of exposure always comes dozens of remixes. Her latest feature on G-Eazy‘s “Him & I” was the perfect fit for 16 year old Audiovista’s latest remix. Spinning the single into an exciting future trap anthem, Audiovista bumps the vibrating bass and crafts an explosion of synths that is utterly addicting. Audiovista is definitely an artist to watch after this spectacular remix.
Cosmos & Creature – Ride The Wave (Mokita Remix) | Stream
Nashville producer Mokita has been on our radar following Win and Woo’s amazing remix of his recent single “Goodbye” and continues to show his strengths with his new remix of Cosmos & Creature‘s “Ride The Wave”. Turning the electropop original into a flirty downtempo remix filled with lush guitar strums and deep synths, Mokita smashes this remix. Mokita will definitely stay on our radar after this remix.
Ian Gott – N.E.O.N. (MVRSE Remix) | Stream
20 year old Swedish producer MVRSE has definitely caught our eye with his latest take on Ian Gott‘s “N.E.O.N.”. The remix floats easily with a fluttering guitar melody and sultry snaps that create the perfect backdrop for Ian Gott’s shiny vocals. MVRSE spins “N.E.O.N.” into an anthemic future bass remix that would be an excellent addition in any DJ set.
VÉRITÉ – Saint (Seth Patrick Remix) | Stream
Newcomer Seth Patrick certainly makes a statement with his debut remix. The Columbus based artist fuels a fun, synth heavy cross-genre vibe into VÉRITÉ’s hit “Saint”. The remix tastefully blends future bass with a touch of house that makes for an absolutely addicting soundscape. With more “Saint” remixes to be expected from the Skio remix contest, Seth Patrick’s definitely stands out.
Justin Caruso – Caving (feat. James Droll) [Mokita Remix] | Stream
Out with a double dose of remixes before the end of the year, Mokita has also caught our attention with his take on Justin Caruso’s hit “Caving”. Breathing his signature indie electronic sound into “Caving”, Mokita combines electronic sounds with organic guitars to craft a magical atmosphere. This upbeat vocal chop heavy remix is sure to be an easy favorite amongst his ever growing collection.
