Just when I thought Flume couldn’t impress me more he goes and does something like this. He was a recent guest on Triple J’s series ‘Like A Version’ and absolutely smashed Ghost Town DJ’s’ hit ‘My Boo’ along with some help from Vince Staples and Kucka as well as Vera Blue. The arrangement magically covers the original with Vince pulling emotion out of each verse while the ladies sing the chorus beautifully. I’m not sure what Flume’s next move will be but nevertheless I’m sure it will be amazing as everything this wonderful producer is touching right now is turning to gold.
