Hangout Music Festival 2017 is boasting a very eclectic top 8 acts including Chance The Rapper, Frank Ocean, Weezer, MGMT, and Major Lazer. Other notable standouts include Louis The Child, Sigur Ros, Marshmello, Dillon Francis and NGHTMRE. This one looks like it could be a blast.
