Cavalier is a self-described “18 yr old” music producer from Long Beach, CA but he’s managed to amass quite a following with truly impressive output in 2015. His latest track, Melee / Falling is a re-imagined cover of the Super Smash Bros: Melee theme song complete with a nice little drop (full of sampled item drops/pickups) to contrast the initially gentle nature of the track. It’s a free download if you don’t mind jumping through a few hoops, check it out below and keep and ear out for a new Cavalier EP to drop “in the middle of the year.”
