If you have attended any Griz shows in recent times then you may recognize this tune. The saxophone solo that kicks off ‘Funk Party’ is what many Griz fans have been greeted by to kick off any live performances as of late.

And why the hell not? This song exemplifies what drew fans to Griz in the first place. An organic saxophone, crisp percussion and a vocal sample that will make you want to scream along right before the ‘drop.’ Not to mention the tempo-changing breakdown at around 3:40.

This one has got us all sorts of excited for Griz’s new album, ‘Say It Loud’ dropping March 31st via a ‘pay what you want’ bundle through Bittorrent Bundle.
