It happens every time there’s a big major release: Soundcloud becomes absolutely inundated with unofficial “bootleg” remixes… and this time is no different. As exhausting as it is to consistently see producers essentially race to complete these remixes, it’s undeniable that the process does generate some dope tracks.

Of all the remixes I’ve heard thus far, the Lookas remix of To Ü feat. AlunaGeorge is most certainly worth taking notice– the production is so well done that the bootleg status of the track is hardly noticeable even to experienced ears. Lookas puts a very dope, slightly grimy twist on the track, check it out below and keep your fingers crossed Skrillers and Dippy-Doodle don’t decide to start having Soundcloud crack down on the use of their music.
