This 23-year-old producer blessed the “club corner” of Mixmag’s office, yesterday. RL Grime, leaving behind his side project Clockwork, channeled his signature trap sound and blasted it through some serious sound systems. Mixmag’s “lab” is known to live stream some of the biggest and best names in dance music, and RL Grime was definitely the perfect choice for Wednesday’s stream.

After already teasing his fans with his latest track “Core“–that sets the tone for his upcoming album–he makes us even thirstier with this set.  Effortlessly fusing in and out of electronic and rap from TNGHT to 50 Cent, RL glides over those CDJs like nobody’s business. A few head bobs and arm throws later, and we’re left a little bit spellbound and empty at the same damn time. But, if you just so happen to be in Europe, RL will be touring with Ryan Hemsworth, hitting up cities including Berlin, Paris, Athens, and Oslo.

For now, I guess we can just keep rewatching this Youtube video and learn more about the mastermind… Right?
