No matter what genre of music you’re accustom to, you’ve more than likely been obsessed with the alcohol induced styling a of Atmosphere, made up of the dynamic duo Slug behind the mic, and Ant on the 1’s and 2’s. Although independent, these insects are considered GIANTS among the underground rap world, and have even started their own record label aptly titled Rhymesayers Ent. Spanning their 16 years active, Atmosphere has been providing melodic, rhythmic raps on top of busy beats, to help mend the broken hearted, fuel the fire of a highschool kegger, or just to excuse a bout of social alcoholism.

Two years after the last studio album The Family Sign, Atmosphere releases a new track oddly titled ‘Bob Seger’ channeling all of the aforementioned emotions to come with a new Slug verse Bob Seger conveys a classic Atmosphere vibe where Slug hits us with outlandish rhymes that are somehow relatable to any mood. Hopefully this is the single off a forthcoming album, if not we can sit in the Sunshine, Try To Find A Balance in this Modern Mans Hustle or just tell The Waitress to Pour Me Another while we jam to the classics.
