Singer Alice Glass has announced her departure from Crystal Castles, effectively ending the Toronto-based electronic duo. Glass noted “professional and personal” reasons for why she is leaving the group, and announced that a solo project will be on the way.
She announced the news via her Facebook page, which you can read below.
Always sad to see a group with so much talent part ways, similar to what we saw with the recent Krewella split that’s been all over the internet as of late. We’ll keep you posted if any more details surface around this story, but in the meantime let the nostalgia kick in and stream some Crystal Castles’ classics below.
