Spring Awakening Releases 2014 Lineup

It’s almost festival season! Expect many more lineups to be released in the coming months. Seeing lineups this early is like seeing your Christmas present, wrapping it up, putting it under the tree and not being allowed to open it until December 25th.

Well Soldier Field is my Christmas tree and this lineup is the present. Since its birth in 2012, React Presents has been tasked to fill Soldier Field with top notch talent. In 2013 it extended from its original 2 days to a full-fledged 3 day festival and it looks to stay the same this year. Friday will feature Tiesto and Knife Party. Saturday and Sunday’s headliners are much more varied between each other with Pretty Lights and Diplo on Saturday. Sunday’s headliners are Big Gigantic and Kaskade. Other notables from the lneup include Feed Me doing a DJ set, BBC Radio’s very own Pete Tong, and Excision’s side project, ‘Destroid.’

The international talent is being accompanied by a lot of Chicago local talent of all different genres like Moon Boots, Midnight Conspiracy and Manic Focus.
