Skrillex, Poo Bear and Utada Hikaru to Write Theme Song for Kingdom Hearts 3

Fans of the hugely popular Kingdom Hearts video game franchise have been anxiously awaiting the third installment of the Kingdom Hearts Series for over ten years

According to The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) song registry – Skrillex, Poo Bear and Utada Hikaru are listed as writers for a brand new song for Kingdom Hearts 3 called “Face My Fears” (Opening Theme Kingdom Hearts 3).

Utada Hikaru is no stranger to Kingdom Hearts – her song “Simple and Clean” was used to promote the original Kingdom Hearts game and can be heard in Porter Robinson & Virtual Sets still.

There’s no telling what the song will sound like yet – but if you’re like me you’re just as excited to play the game as you are to hear this new theme song. Kingdom Hearts 3 is set for Release January 25, 2019.
