Produced with Mark Ronson under their new moniker Silk City, the duo have continued to elevate house music with their fourth release “Electricity”. Silk City is now Diplo’s fourth side project, following Jack Ü, Major Lazer, and this year’s LSD, and continues to expand on Diplo’s range and creativity across multiple genres. Dua Lipa has already shown her electronic edge with one of the summer’s hottest singles “One Kiss” and she’s now transported her lush pop vocals over Silk City’s groovy vintage house beat. “Electricity” shakes with a sensational 90s throwback vibe, shimmying with glittery percussion and colorful piano stabs.
