It’s led in by a piano riff and bass drum before Kendrick’s unforgettable voice leads you into a song. The song doesn’t carry much in terms of social commentary – like most of his “To Pimp a Butterfly” album. But isn’t on the pop side like some of his more recent collaborations with Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift.
