What So Not Releases Their Long Awaited Gemini EP

After what seems like forever, What So Not have finally released their Gemini EP. And yes I do mean their. When Flume announced he would be leaving the What So Not project back in Febrary he did state that he contributed to every song on the Gemini EP. Since then Emoh has been touring around North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania for a year that truly had him playing all over the world.

While this EP has been done for over a year the powers that be (OWSLA and Sweat It Out) refused to let Emoh release the EP for some unknown reason. Video clips of What So Not playing most of these tunes have swirled around the internet for ages now and the EP has definitely lost some of the hype it once had. While fans badgered WSN to release the Gemini EP he could only say that if it was up to him the EP would’ve been released a long time ago. That being said the EP is still a fantastic set of music that WSN fans will enjoy time and time again. The EP consists of the amazing title track with George Maple, a killer collab that goes off every time I hear it with Dillon Francis and Dawn Golden, a pleasant surprise of a track with KLP, and the very inventive track Oddity which features their ability to put crazy samples together to make a bomb track.
