One of my favorite parts of electronic music is the culture remix behind it. Producers are encouraged to bring new life into songs created by a different team. It can take the original emotion and flip it onto its head. Autograf‘s newest Love & Retrograde was an incredibly insightful, forward thinking 5 track EP. This next round of remixes gives a couple of the tracks a brand new mask – while at its core still being Autograf songs. This second round of remixes brings us new renditions of “Hold Me Back” and “Test The Waters.” Whether you turn up Align‘s future house inspired remix of “Hold Me Back,” $mooth Criminal’s incredibly progressive build-up of the same tune – or any of the three other remixes, there’s one thing for sure – they’ll make you want to dance.
