In 2017, Canadian duo Loud Luxury skyrocketed to fame with their breakthrough single “Body” featuring Brando. Since then, they’ve won a Juno Award for Dance Recording of the Year, charted on Billboard‘s Hot 100, and garnered more than 500 million streams on Spotify alone. The fast-rising dance act has now returned with their next summer hit “I’m Not Alright.” Enlisting up-and-coming chill hip-hop artist Bryce Vine, “I’m Not Alright” springs to life with its carefree guitar melodies, bouncy synths, and catchy lyricism. Loud Luxury’s sultry mixture of dance and house music is sure to be one of the summer’s hottest releases. Grab tickets to Loud Luxury’s Nights Like This tour here and stream “I’m Not Alright” below.
We met Bryce at a party in LA through a friend when we got back from our fall tour. The next day, he came over and showed us an idea he made that was just a guitar and the chorus. During our winter tour we worked across North America in hotel rooms, studios, and even an Uber with our headphones to finish writing the song. At the end of the day we are all human, we all make mistakes, but this song is about coming to terms with your flaws. – Loud Luxury
Loud Luxury are some of my favorite dudes I’ve met in this industry. They really care about the music they make, and we share a mantra of keeping life fun and exciting! – Bryce Vine
