Labor Day weekend is such a bittersweet weekend. It marks the unofficial ‘beginning to the end’ of Summer as fall slowly starts to creep in. If you live in Chicago you know that the warm weather is slowly slipping away so you grasp at the long weekend of Labor Day for one last bash as a goodbye to Summer.
That’s where North Coast Music Festival comes in. Lovingly called Summer’s Last Stand by Chicago festival goers, North Coast Music Festival is calling Union Park home once again for three days of incredible music. Like years past the lineup is eclectic so fans of any genre should be able to find something they like across the three days.
Axwell V Ingrosso will finally be making their Chicago debut as headliners on Friday Night, Saturday night is loaded with performances by RL Grime and DJ Snake, and Sunday will feature shows from Jamiroquai, Yellow Claw, Gramatik and Mura Masa… and that’s just naming a few. Naturally, we got so excited that we wanted to give away a pair of tickets.
