Now – just 48 hours later – officers have arrested who they believe to be behind the murder: 22-year-old Dedrick Devonshay Williams. See public information officer Gina Carter’s tweet confirming the arrest below and keep in mind that Williams is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
