Adult Swim has been putting out stellar compilations of music for the past few years. They’ve featured artists like Run The Jewels, Mija, Clams Casino, Ducky, Sevdaliza, and many more. Yesterday they announced to the world that they would be taking their curation talents to the next level by delivering the first ever Adult Swim Festival. The festival will be held in LA October 6 and 7 and will feature up and coming comedians and musicians. Headlining the festival will be Adult Swim favorites Run The Jewels.
Acts will perform on two main stages, with other booths, attractions and experiences scattered in the area. Fans of the network’s live and animated programming can expect exclusive pilots, previews and premieres of episodes of new content and old favorites. Combined with the announcement, Adult Swim and Run The Jewels debuted the official music video for “Oh Mama” featuring Adult Swim’s biggest stars Rick and Morty.
