Disney knows how to pull music cameos into their films. Atop their cameo in the film, Daft Punk even composed and produced the soundtrack for Disney’s Tron: Legacy, pulling electronic music fans everywhere to the box office. I, for one, would never have gone to see 2010’s Tron if it weren’t for Daft Punk’s work on the film.
More recently, in 2012, Disney came out with a film called Wreck-It Ralph featuring a track and an animated cameo from none other than Skrillex, and they’ve just dropped a hint on Twitter that they might bring him back for the sequel:
.@Skrillex was the perfect artist to bring his sound to the frenetic world of Hero’s Duty – it was awesome to get the chance to work with him! #RalphWithRich pic.twitter.com/8LGPen8vOA

Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 comes to theaters this November. Let’s hope these rumors are true and we can jam and hand-dance in our seats when we hear him in the soundtrack again.
