Snugs: A New Dance Music Project You Need To Know About

It’s always a wonderful thing finding something fresh from an artist you’ve never heard before, but rarely will such a profound moment of joy come to you as it will when you listen to Snugs.

I got wind of the forthcoming project and its cuddly mascot upon a visit to a Los Angeles studio early last year, and all I can say is what I heard made me so excited for when Snugs would finally start releasing. I’d been anticipating their debut ever since. It finally came this past November and their second single just dropped earlier today.

Theirs is a distinct brand of bright dance music with a refreshing pop flavor which shines through in their recent release “Flooded” featuring vocals by Axel Mansoor. The tune takes you on an easy-going open water cruise aboard a comfortably furnished, house beat-powered ocean liner.
