French producer Rusty Hook has been on a bit of hiatus but has finally returned. Rusty Hook is known for his extravagant remixes and production as part of French super group Slow Hours, which is formed by Kidswaste, Astre, Khamsin, and more. The first track of his forthcoming Romance is Dead, Good Riddance EP is gorgeously elegant and reminds us why we fell in love with Rusty Hook in the first place. “Relief” features Nashville duo Truitt on vocals and is an explosion of gooey electro pop. The track sounds like it could’ve fit seamlessly on Cashmere Cat’s 9 album, with Rusty Hook’s unique, eclectic future bass shimmering amongst Truitt’s sultry vocals. Stream Rusty Hook’s new single “Relief” out now on Moving Castle below and be on the lookout for his upcoming EP.
