Chuck Ellis Makes His Debut As Rulers With New Single “Queens”

Moving Castle has been knocking out releases this year and their latest comes from newcomer Rulers. The project is a new endeavor by singer-songwriter Chuck Ellis who’s been around the block more than once. Prior to his debut as Rulers, he collaborated on The Social Experiement’s 2015 album Surf and has been featured on tracks by artists like Tchami, Vindata, and Durante. Rulers’ single “Queens” is the embodiment of Ellis’ development as a singer and songwriter, with sultry lyrics and gorgeous pop vocals over the Pomo produced beat.
