Manic Focus Releases Highly Anticipated Album – Minds Rising

If you know your way around the music scene – you no doubt have crossed paths with Manic Focus. He has slowly risen up the ranks of music festival slots. I remember seeing him play at Summerset Music Festival – when he won a contest to play a small stage at 2 PM. Look at him now.

His new album, Minds Rising, is the product of two years of work and is jam packed with awesome collaborations that I absolutely cannot wait to see live.

Carlile shares her gorgeous vocal work on “Timeless”, and Statik shows to everyone just why everyone should know the name of this budding producer as his collaboration with Manic Focus, “Stochastic Resonance” hits all the right notes.

The rest of 12 track album is a journey through Manic Focus’s crisp production skills that have improved over the years. You will quickly find the lack of samples that you might have found on earlier MF works – as he wanted to create all the sounds originally – or with the help of his incredible collaborators.
