It seems like I’ve been waiting forever for this track to come out. Skrillex has been playing it out for over a year now but unfortunately fans have been unable to hear the studio version of Yookie’s remix of ‘Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites’ until yesterday. To celebrate reaching 40,000 followers on Soundcloud the duo upload their epic edit and decided to give it away for free so you can light up your next party. The song starts the same as the original before getting chopped up with a perfect placed ‘Remix’ vocals right before an insane trap drop. When remixing a classic track like this it’s hard to stay true to the original while adding your own flavor, but Yookie definitely succeeded in both areas.
