The XX’s Album ‘I See You’ Was Worth the Wait

The XX have been one of my favorite bands since their debut album dropped back in 2009. Unfortunately for me they hadn’t released any new music since their last album dropped 5 years ago. During that time Jamie XX did release a beautiful album of his own, but it was different than the music the entire group put out. Well today we were blessed with a new grip of new music from the English trio as their new album ‘I See You’ finally came out. The thing I love about The XX is how you can taste the emotion pouring out of the artists and they sing and play their magnificent songs. They have an amazing ability to connect with their listeners and draw out their emotions. Have a listen to the entire album below and let’s hope that it’s not another 5 year wait before we get more music from The XX.
